Well folks, im back after a successful trip to Scotland. I came 19th in the Scottish Disabled Open on a difficult Dullutur course. The first seven holes were card wreckers but it was a lovely course. I highly recomend the course if you are in that area. After a rest day, we had the disabled world team cup playing for England, sucessfully captained by Tony Lloyd with myself being the vice captain. The event comprised of four rounds of golf and we lead from the start ending in a narrow victory of 2 points over scotland on the final day.
All the results from both events can be seen on the Scottish Disabled Golf Partnership website.

A big thankyou must go to Brendon Slavin for driving to Scotland and back

Well, after 3 days of the world team cup in Scotland, team England currently have a 7 point lead over team Scotland and team World with team Celtic a further 3 points behind. Striking the ball well so very happy at the moment. Just hope it continues into tomorrow so that team England can bring it home. Up early in the morning to hit the range and the putting green....or just a lay in followed by a greasy fry up and rock up at the tee 5 minutes before I am due to tee off only to RIP IT down the middle!!!!!

Hi Guys!

Just thought id fill you in on how im doing in Scotland. Its not going too badly, dont think iv got a chance of being in the prizes but im not last either. Mid table at the moment so im very happy with that. Would just like to say a big good luck to Ian Halliwell though as its his first disabled tournament and he is currently lying in 3rd place. Big push mate and try and stay in the top 3 :)

Will keep you

Iv been playing well recently with a few good results. Played with Tom in a match against littlehampton where we won our match to halve the game, only to lose on hole count...gutted. Shot a gross 82 in a midweek medal at Boars Head Golf Centre with my putter loking like shes found her form once again. The course is plaing well and the greens are lokking great. Got a monthly medal on sat 9th july so looking to go out and compete for the course record in that haha.
On sunday im off to Scotland for the Scottish Disabled Open at the Dullutur golf club and the Disabled golf World Cup at Westerwood golf club in Cumbernauld. Hoping for a good result in both events seeing as it would be a long 10 days away without getting anything for it. Im going to feel like a touring pro being away from home for so long. Hoping the glorious Scottish weather holds and we can have some good playing conditions for both events.
    Will keep you
